Terms of Service for RMT Music Online Guitar Course

By enrolling in the Online Guitar Course provided by RMT Music (“We,” “Our,” “Us”), you (“You,” “Your,” “Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before completing your registration.

1. General Terms

1.1 These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your enrollment and participation in the online guitar course (“Course”) offered by RMT Music.
1.2 By registering for the Course, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not register or participate in the Course.

2. Course Enrollment

2.1 To enroll in the Course, you must complete the online registration form and provide accurate and complete information.
2.2 Your enrollment is confirmed once we receive your payment and process your registration. You will receive an email confirmation with your Course access details.
2.3 Course access will be provided for the duration of the Course, as specified at the time of registration.

3. Course Content and Access

3.1 The Course includes instructional materials such as video lessons, downloadable resources, live sessions, and other educational content.
3.2 Access to Course content is provided via an online platform, which may require you to create an account or log in to access the materials.
3.3 You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and view the Course content for personal educational use only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or exploit the Course content for commercial purposes.

4. Payment

4.1 The total price of the Course is due in full upon registration.
4.2 We accept payments through credit or debit card.
4.3 All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment details.
4.4 No refunds will be provided after enrollment, except as outlined in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 You may cancel your enrollment within 7 days after registration to receive a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
5.2 RMT Music reserves the right to cancel the Course at any time. In this case, you will be provided with a full refund or the option to transfer to another Course.
5.3 If you experience technical issues or are unable to access Course materials, please contact us promptly. We will make every effort to resolve the issue, but no refunds will be given due to technical difficulties outside of our control.

6. Course Participation and Code of Conduct

6.1 You agree to participate in the Course in a respectful and professional manner. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in your removal from the Course without a refund.
6.2 You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and having the necessary equipment to participate in the Course (e.g., computer, headphones, guitar).
6.3 You agree not to engage in any activity that may harm the Course platform, such as attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Course or other users.

7. Technical Requirements

7.1 To participate in the Course, you must have access to the necessary technical requirements, which may include a stable internet connection, a compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone), and appropriate audio and video equipment.
7.2 RMT Music is not responsible for any technical issues that prevent you from accessing Course content.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All Course materials, including but not limited to videos, lesson plans, handouts, and other educational content, are owned by RMT Music and are protected by copyright laws.
8.2 You agree not to copy, distribute, modify, or use the Course materials for any purpose other than personal educational use without explicit permission from RMT Music.

10.4 RMT Music is not responsible for any technical issues, such as internet connectivity problems, that may affect your ability to access the Course.

11. Video and Audio Recording

11.1 Some parts of the Course, including live sessions, may be recorded for educational and promotional purposes.
11.2 By enrolling in the Course, you consent to the recording of your participation and agree that these recordings may be used for promotional or educational purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded, you must inform the instructor prior to participating.

12. Amendments to Terms

12.1 RMT Music reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you prior to your next Course session, and your continued participation in the Course will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms.
